From 2018 to 2024, I was Head of Trainers at FranklinCovey. Today, as Associate Faculty at the Center for Creative Leadership, I deliver leadership programmes internationally.

My business background is supported by education and professional training in leadership development, coaching and assessment.
MBA in leadership and marketing from the University of Ljubljana's Faculty of Economics. Biology graduate of its Biotechnical Faculty.
Training and certifications with the Center for Creative Leadership, FranklinCovey and Gustav Käser, including delivery of leadership programmes, 360° assessment and leadership network diagnostics.
I deliver programmes in Slovenian, English, Croatian and Serbian, in person and online.
In 2010, I received the internal corporate Leadership Performance Frontier Award for the best sales leader in the CEE region, covering 20 countries. The selection combined sales results and 360° leadership assessment.
