DEVELOPMENT IN PRACTICE

04 / Leadership linked to strategic goals

At the academy's core was the connection between leadership and team contribution: setting clear direction, engaging people and developing their ability to achieve goals. It provided a shared language for these leadership tasks at B-1 and B-2 levels, with an emphasis on employee engagement and accountability.

Application focused on concrete leadership moments: explaining how a task connects with a goal, involving an employee in shaping the solution and supporting development through an appropriate challenge. Leadership skills were linked with everyday strategy execution.
